In order to help graduates find dignified livelihoods, the organization seeks employment and apprenticeship opportunities for trained graduates. More importantly, the capacities are being put into practice; three hundred and sixty two graduates (280 men and 80 women) secured employment and have increased family income. One hundred and two graduates returned and are working for development in Afghanistan.
