Ability

MS TQM, MS Management Sciences/ Project management,

MBA, additional master in Social Sciences / Generalism/

Economics or any other Relevant.

Expertise in SPSS or other quantitative software packages

Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant research, monitoring and evaluation experience with three years at senior level positions. Rich experience in ME&R especially in International Programs. Experience in data analysis and in qualitative and quantitative research
