We are an International Non-Government Organization that implements humanitarian and development activities across Pakistan and Afghanistan. Organization through its Construction Trade Training and Skilled Development Program (CTT & SDP) in Mansehra has trained four hundred and eighty (480) Afghan refugees including ninety six (96) female and one hundred and twenty (120) individuals from host communities including twenty four (24) women in various trades including electrical, welding, masonry, carpentry, plumbing, tailoring and embroidery. The success rate for passing the technical training Board exams and improved income through employment as skilled labor reflect the importance of providing the Afghan refugee communities courses in skilled trades. 

All six hundreds (600) participants at the training center in Mansehra and in respective camps (for women trainees) passed the government exam with an average score of 85%. In order to help graduates find dignified livelihoods, the organization seeks employment and apprenticeship opportunities for trained graduates. More importantly, the capacities are being put into practice; three hundred and sixty two graduates (280 men and 80 women) secured employment and have increased family income. One hundred and two graduates returned and are working for development in Afghanistan.

Main Responsibilities
Lead the Human Resource department to deliver a comprehensive HR service for the organization.
Develop and maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource policies and procedures.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about organization’s policies and procedures and ensure the adherence of organization policy & procedures related to HR.
Manage the hiring of new staff by recruiting, testing and interviewing activities and conduct orientation of newly hired staff to foster a positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
Plan, monitor, and conduct performance appraisals of organizations’ employees.
Maintain human resource records hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
Assess the learning & development needs of the staff by conducting periodic training need assessment and facilitate selection and delivery of appropriate training programs for personnel and organization development.
Ensure compliance of national laws and other legal requirements related to human resource management.
Undertake any other task assigned by the line manager appropriate to the level of the post.

Required Qualification and Skills:
Master of Business Administration with specialization in HR.
Minimum five years’ relevant experience in national or international organization with at least 2 years at managerial level.
Excellent speaking and writing skills.
Excellent managerial and administrative skills.
Excellent problem and conflict resolution skills related to organization human resource.
Excellent team player.

TERMS OF REFERENCE
In coordination with the Project Coordinator, the (Female) Cashier:
• Is responsible for office cash and keep it Safe
• Ensures Master Roll has been properly filled
• Performs Cash for Work payments according to Master Rolls and CfW documentation
• Checks all payment requests before cash disbursement ensuring that each request is correctly made and it
is approved for payment according to CESVI procedures
• Ensures the maintenance of all physical documentation in respect of Cesvi procedures
• Hands over vouchers for Ginko booking on weekly basis or as required
• Any other tasks delegated by the Project Manager/Country Admininstrator
• She/he works precisely according to procedures, rules and regulations
• She/he should be able to prioritize the work as per project management decisions
