I Make A Full Time Income Playing World Of Warcraft! Read On To Find Out How You Can Too!

0

It is true....I make $270-$350 per week just playing WoW. I know you think that Im crazy and that im just trying to take your money but just hear me out. I"m not trying to sell anything or promote anything to benefit myself. I dont need to do anything like that because my job consists of only playing WoW. All the hardcore WoW fans out there would probably agree that this is the opportunity of a lifetime. All Im going to do is tell you how I make a full time income playing WoW so that you have the opportunity to do the same. Read on to find out how I do it!

Do you remember the first time you played WoW? I remember mine.. I remember feeling very overwhelmed. It was like I had to take in way too much information at once. Slowly I started gaining confidence learning how to complete quests and keep leveling up. I remember that my first character took what seems like forever to get to level 80. It was months upon months of playing and playing. I remember thinking that if I could get paid hourly to play WoW that I would be rich.

Did you know that many of the quests in WoW are designed to slow you down? Its true, a lot of quests have been put in designed to slow players down while leveling. These quests take longer to complete and offer less xp than the normal ones at that particular level. The longer you play the more money the game makes.

It is because of this that you are able to auction your level 80 characters off to the highest bidder.

There are thousands of people every day exchanging WoW accounts. WoW players all over the world are purchasing pre leveled accounts. Newbies that dont want to waste time leveling or that are overwhelmed with everything that WoW has put in front of them. Veteran players that want to immediately start a new class in an end game raid. People are literally lining up to purchase your level 80 characters.

The one thing about WoW players is that we are all committed to one thing and one thing only...and thats WoW. Thats what makes the market so good.

This Is How It Works!

Step #1 - If you have a WoW account which Im assuming most people reading this do then skip this step. If you do not have a WoW account you will need to buy World Of Warcraft and all the expansions up to Wratch Of The Lich King in order to get to level 80.

Step #2 - Level a character to 80. Each level 80 character on your account is worth a starting bid price of $350.

Step #3(optional) - Doing end game heroics and raids for epic gear will increase the amount that the character can be auctioned for. If you feel like putting the extra work in to add value then do this step.

Step #4 - After you have your character at 80 and ready to be sold your going to erase all personal information on your account. This way the buyer wont have your info!

Step #5 - Place your account on one of the MMO Auctions sites listed below.

Ebay

Virtual Barrack

Accounts Bay

Toon Storm

Buy MMO Accounts

Game Pal

Each site will handle the transaction to make sure no one gets ripped off.

Step #6 - Collect your money

You can repeat the process by creating a new WoW account using a different email address. Keep in mind that youll have to buy a new activation for the game and the expansions. It will probably cost you about $80. So you come out with a minimum profit of $270.

I know your thinking to yourself how can I make $270 a week doing this. It takes at least a couple months to level to 80. The reason i can do that is because I can level any class from 1-80 in 7 days.

I use the horde and alliance in game leveling guides from Zygor Guides. They show you what quests to pick up for max xp and what quests have intentions of slowing you down. It works for newbies and vets. Zygor Guides will show you the shortest routes possible to complete all quests with absolutely no grinding. Im not saying that it is a must to do this but it will help increase earnings substantially. Think about it!!...if you are pumping out 4 characters per month that is a profit of over $1,000 per month just playing WoW.

Visit Zygor Guides!

Thats exactly how I do it. I create a new account once a month with a profit of at least $1,000 each time. Selling 4 characters at once will attract more attention than a single character account.

Thank You for reading this article on making money playing WoW. I hope this information was useful in aiding your search for free way to make money online! If you decide to make money playing WoW enjoy your dream job. and the pile of cash that comes long with.

Sincerely,
Mike B.

P.S. I tried a couple gold guides out and they worked very well. You will not need them if you dont want them but If you are selling a character with 40,000 gold that would definitely influence the auction bidding. The one that I have had the most success with is WoW Schools. They claim that people have made 214,000 gold while leveling with their guide but the most Ive ever made in a week of leveling was 50,000. So i see that the potential is there....maybe just a little more time involved than i have.

Make a Career out of Bodybuilding

0

It is possible to get rich doing what you love, and bodybuilding is no different. However, there are so many people trying to make a career out of this sport and the industry is not big enough to support everybody.
(That is primarily why I started this blog, as a means to grow the bodybuilding industry in South Africa. The bigger the industry gets and the more people get involved, bigger companies are going to need people like US BODYBUILDERS to help them get in on the growing market.)

A bodybuilding career is very different to any other career for many reasons:
-          It is not (and should not be regarded as) a normal job where you get paid a monthly salary for performing a set of tasks or duties.
-          Your success depends on working with as many different companies and organisations as possible. It’s not like you simply pass one interview and you’re set on your way to success.
-          Unlike other careers, you will be discriminated against according to the way you look.
-          More so than other careers, you need to develop your personal brand (physically, and in the industry) as if you are the actual product you trying to sell.

Strategy 1: Get Obsessed!
If you’re that guy that waits for years until he finally feels like he’s big enough to compete, and then competes once a year hoping that someone is going to spot (pun intended) him and throw money at him, chances are almost definite that you arent going to make a single cent in this industry. There are thousands of people in SA hunting down companies that use brand ambassadors and you’re sitting in the locker room hoping that they will come to you?  Or waiting for a good opportunity to come by before you actually do something? Start doing things now, so that when you are ready all the prep stuff is done and you can attack the market, head on. Become A LOT more aggressive in your attempts to more than double your chances of success. Becoming obsessed means that you are prepared to sacrifice a large part of your life for this (If not, stop now and don’t waste your time thinking you’ll get anywhere). Every day that doesnt bring you closer to your goal is a day wasted. If you only do something about your dreams once a week, you will take 7X as long as it could take to get you where you want to be. You can get closer to your goal everyday by doing things that you wouldnt think you needed to do until it’s too late. For example, what skills do you need that you currently do not have? Have you practiced your poses in front of the mirror so much that its second nature, preventing disastrous slip-ups on stage? Have you practiced your facial expressions for when you get that envious magazine shoot? Have you worked on building your confidence so that your nerves don’t destroy your chances of winning? Bookmark this page and refer to it often to make sure you are constantly improving to get better and better than the next bloke.

Strategy 2: Know Key Players!
What do you want to become and who are the people that currently hold positions that you want? It is good to know their stories and how they got to where they are. If the guy that is currently doing what you dream of doing walks past you in the gym or at an event, would you even know? Knowing who the key players are helps you to direct and steer your networking attempts towards these people. You also need to know the organizers of events like bodybuilding competitions and their judges. Some top performers even research who the judges of a competition will be and change their stage costumes accordingly. How nice would it be to know that the current judges of a competition generally score higher on athletes wearing red? It sounds crazy, but it works. Do you know which companies currently sponsor bodybuilding events, which organisations sponsor athletes like you, what they look for in brand ambassadors, and who the people are that they hire to select those few lucky individuals? Having contacts in other industries that could complement your career endeavors will be of monumental help to you. Imagine knowing the journalist or editors that could cover your story in a magazine or newspaper!

Strategy 3: Learn About the Industry!
Who are the top 5 most successful players in this industry in South Africa? How did they get there? Chances are you can’t answer those questions, and neither can the other 98% of people who won’t succeed here. Those top 5 knew the answers to questions like that before they made it big. Knowing the industry is a pre-requirement to getting through the door, and being obsessed with it helps you get further than the rest. Reading articles like this when you have nothing to do at work or because you’re bored, browsing the internet is just not good enough to get to the top (keep reading though!). People think you just grow by going to the gym and they don’t know about all the work you actually put in like training programs, research, eating plans, supplements and everything else. Similarly, people don’t train until they are big enough, walk onto a stage and become world-famous. It takes a whole lot a research and planning. How many bodybuilding competitions are there in your area? Who would sponsor you? How much do people get sponsored for? What opportunities exist in the market right now? How will you add value to this industry that people/companies/organisations would pay for? What streams of revenue are you going to earn from?

Strategy 4: Network!
The more people you know and the more contacts you can make in the industry, the higher your chances of success. Many people overlook this strategy and think that they can just make the right contacts when they need to; they can Google who they need to know or they simply don’t need to meet more people to further their careers. The percentage of top players who got to where they are completely due to the people they knew is actually quite startling. In fact, it is almost impossible to get anywhere without knowing the right people and without the right relationships. Please notice how people on the bottom seem to know nobody, and the people at the top are well connected. Is this a coincidence? Most surely not! Start by making friendships with whoever you can, such as people who also want to make a career out of bodybuilding (chances are they know of a great opportunity that you don’t). It might sound silly to make friends with the guy who is reselling supplements on the corner, until he asks you to be the face of his brand in the shop he just took over and online with all his marketing! It is very important to prioritize networking as one of the core strategies for success.

Strategy 5: Get Involved!
If doing bodybuilding competitions is just a fun hobby of yours that you do every now and then, there is nothing wrong with that. But if you want to make an actual career out of it, you are going to need to do a lot more. You need to get extremely involved in the industry by going to competitions even when you are not competing, by going to the finalist events even if you didnt make it and by attending all events associated with this trade. Here you will learn a lot of valuable information, meet with important people, make surprisingly helpful contacts, find out about great opportunities, discover other ways to achieve your goals and reinforce the burning fire that you need to push your way upwards. Ive met some great contacts in events I didnt even take part in, for example I met a journo who does stories on up and coming stars in the industry. Imagine getting a significant interview that will help your career, at an event you werent even competing in! You hear about success stories about people who got lucky by meeting the right person at the right time that jump-started their path to success. What you don’t hear is that they were so obsessed that they were constantly at events like these. You’re not going to meet anyone worthwhile when watching TV at home.

Strategy 6: Get a Relevant Job!
You might want to be the next Arnold Schwarzenegger, but you are going to need to start right at the bottom. Getting a job in the same trade is not essential, but will definitely help a lot in many ways. Many people who compete are personal trainers, and you will especially do better with your personal training job as you increase your ranks in competitions. Plenty people who are relatively successful on stage use their success to exponentially increase their earnings with their personal training jobs. Their pro-status means that they can charge tonnes more for personal training sessions and even coach other people on how to compete in the same competitions. Try to get whatever job you can in the industry, so that you have a steady stream of income until you cash in the mega bucks. Staying in the industry on a 9-5 basis gives you a better competitive edge than the people who spend most of each day NOT in the industry. That means your chances of making great contacts, learning about current opportunities, getting sponsored etc. are much, much higher.

Strategy 7: Enter as Many Bodybuilding Competitions as Possible
This should be obvious, but you want as much exposure as possible. You can enter as many competitions as you want, until you do well in one of them and you get a pro card. When you become a pro at a competition, they will issue you with a pro card. This pro card is coveted by many competitors. You cannot enter bodybuilding competitions by other organisations once you have a pro card. You are then restricted to only entering into that specific competition.
It is a good idea to enter these competitions even when you don’t feel like you are at your best or ready yet. This is because the more competitions you do the better you will be at it. See the competitions that you don’t feel too confident about as practice for the future. Having a few competitions under your belt and attending them regularly to keep in the swing of things will add to your overall performance and placement in the long run. Do not limit yourself to bodybuilding competitions; try some modelling competitions as well. These might open new doors and opportunities for you.

Here a list of bodybuilding competitions in South Africa

Strategy 8: Attack the Media!
Try to get into the media whenever you can. You can definitely use this coverage as good leverage later on to further your success. Make friends with journalists and editors from different forms of media like TV, radio, newspapers, and magazines. The media is often very open to doing articles on new athletes who are entering into competitions. This exposure might lead to greater exposure or even land you that sponsor that you need. A judge who reads your article in the newspaper will more likely notice you on stage above the others. Self-promotion is essential to building and establishing your brand above the rest and should be done from the very start. Your wins look a lot bigger if your journey has been in the eye of the media from the start. It is too late to try to attract extra media attention if you only start AFTER doing well in a competition.

Strategy 9: Build a portfolio!
In the beginning there won’t be anybody promoting you. Nobody who you want to reach will know you. It is YOUR job to change that. Build a portfolio with your information, pictures and past successes. This portfolio is basically an advert with the goal of persuading the reader to buy into the product you are selling (you are that product). Keep copies of this on hand and take it with you wherever you go. Try to get this in front of as many people as possible. It is your job to somehow get the right people to see your portfolio, and you better make sure that it is so good that after seeing it they can’t resist not paying you to promote them!
Self-promote yourself as much as you can and wherever you can! Make a Facebook and Twitter page and get as many followers as possible. You want to try and build your name into an authority that people want to copy. You need to build yourself into the person that others want to become. As soon as you do this, sponsors will start looking for you!

Strategy 10: Contact as Many Companies and people as Possible!
Single out the companies that you would like to be sponsored by and get in their faces! They should be forced to see your portfolio just to shut you up. If somebody sees your portfolio and rejects it, found out why. If you can find out what is wrong or missing, you can make the right changes to increase your chances of success the next time. People tend to send their portfolio to one company they like through an email and stop there, ‘waiting for a reply’. Don’t fall into this trap. Getting accepted is more of a numbers game. You can have your favorite companies that you would like to work with, but you are going to need to submit your portfolio to as many companies as possible. Chasing your dream should be seen as a full time job, and that means putting some serious effort into contacting as many companies as possible. Try many avenues to get your foot in the door. Keep your eye on these companies; and see whether and when they have competitions with sponsorships as prizes. Offering to volunteer with events these companies hold is another sure way to get you noticed above the masses of other people trying to grab their attention.

Try to establish good working relationships with photographers. When building their own portfolios, photographers often ask for models to pose for free. This is a good idea because you can also use these professionally taken photos for your own portfolio, and you will appear in the photographers’ portfolios when they show it to their clients. Volunteering as a model is also very good experience for posing in photo shoots. Rather mess up in front of an amateur than right in the middle of your dream shoot! Contact many photographers, it is better to work with a number of them than just one!

Minerals and Electrolytes Continued

0

This article is a continuation of The Importance of Electrolytes and Minerals , with more information about Magnesium, Iron, Cobalt, Zinc, Manganese, Molybdenum, Iodine and Selenium.

To read about what basics of what minerals are, the difference between electrolytes and minerals and their importance in our bodies (along with individual information about calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, sodium and chlorine), follow the link above.

Magnesium

Magnesium is an electrolyte that is present in a relatively large amount in the body.

Magnesiums Function in the Body

Magnesium is involved in over 300 enzyme systems and biochemical processes in the body. These include protein synthesis, energy production and expenditure, muscle function, glucose levels, and blood pressure systems.

Magnesium Deficiency

Most people dont have enough magnesium in their bodies. One of the reasons for this is because carbonated drinks and junk foods generally contain high levels of the phosphate mineral, which in excess amounts decreases the amount of magnesium in the body. Deficiency symptoms may include:
  • Muscle Weakness
  • Muscle Tics and Twitches
  • Muscle Tremors
  • Spasms and Cramps
  • Excess Blood Glucose
  • Difficulty Swallowing
  • Anxiety
  • Irritability
  • Depression
  • Behavior Disturbances
  • Insomnia
  • Chronic Fatigue and Lethargy
  • Impaired Memory and Brain Function
  • Irregular Heart Rhythms and Irregular Heart Beats
  • Seizures
  • Epilepsy
  • Headaches and Migraines
  • Nausea and Vomiting
  • Calcium and Potassium Deficiency
  • Osteoporosis
  • Chest Pain
  • Anorexia
  • Loss of Appetite
  • Diabetes

Magnesium Overload

Your body will naturally dispose of excess magnesium, so unless you have kidney disease or your kidneys arent able to function properly, magnesium overload shouldnt be of much concern. It is, however, possible to overdose on this mineral through pills or supplementation. Many medicines are high in magnesium. People with kidney disease are at the highest risk of deficiency. Symptoms can include:
  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea
  • Lowered Blood Pressure
  • Muscle Weakness
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Lower Back Pain
  • Pelvic Pain
  • Chest Pain
  • Mental Confusion
  • Rapid Heart Rate
  • Difficulty Breathing
  • Shortness of Breath
  • Cardiac Arrest

Keeping the Balance

Eating fresh and healthy foods, using less medicine and staying away from junk foods and carbonated drinks will ensure that you dont overload your system with magnesium, whilst getting enough of the mineral though your diet at the same time.

Good Sources of Magnesium

Magnesium can be naturally obtained through fruits, vegetables, leafy greens, nuts, seeds, grains and fish. Here is a list of foods that are high in magnesium:

  • Avocados
  • Bananas
  • Dried Fruits (prunes, raisins, apricots and dates)
  • White Beans
  • Soy Beans
  • French Beans
  • Black-Eyed Peas
  • Kidney Beans
  • Chickpeas
  • Pinto Beans
  • Swiss Chard
  • Spinach
  • Kale
  • Collard
  • Almonds
  • Brazil Nuts
  • Cashews
  • Pine Nuts
  • Peanuts
  • Pecans
  • Walnuts
  • Seeds
  • Fish
  • Diary
  • Grains
  • Diary

Iron

Iron is an Electrolyte.

Irons Function in the Body

Iron is essential as the body uses it through the red blood cells to transport precious oxygen throughout the body. Without iron your body will not be able to make enough red blood cells to sustain life, which is why iron deficiency (which is more prevalent than iron overload) leads to lack of energy, since the body is not getting enough oxygen distributed to where it is needed. Iron is also important in the growth and maintenance of all cells within the body like your hair, skin and nails. Woman need more iron than men because of menstruation (blood loss), and also during pregnancy. After menopause their iron needs drop to the same as men. Children are more sensitive to iron, needing more than adults as their bodies are growing, but are also more affected by iron overload.

Iron Deficiency

Around 10% of woman in America have an iron deficiency. The biggest symptom of iron deficiency is a lack of energy, lethargy and decreased physical performance. Iron deficiency leads to the lack of oxygen throughout the body, which leads to many other health concerns like less energy, impaired brain function and a hampered immune system. The following are symptoms of iron deficiency:
  • An Overall Pale Or Whitened Look
  • Lack Of Energy And Lethargy
  • Decreased Immune System
  • Impaired Brain Function
  • Shortness Of Breath
  • A Faster Heartbeat
  • Poor Blood Circulation (Like Cold Hands And Feet)
  • Brittle Hair And Nails
  • Hair Loss
  • Mouth And Tongue Sores
  • Difficulty Swallowing

Iron Overload

Although not as prevalent, iron overload is possible and can also be very dangerous. Too much iron is toxic to the body. Too much iron (usually as a result of excess supplementation) can lead to:
  • Diarrhea
  • Nausea And Vomiting
  • Abdominal Pain
  • Dehydration
  • Bloody Stools
  • Cirrhosis
  • Heart Failure
  • Diabetes
  • Death

Keeping the Balance

It is best to always eat fresh and healthy foods, which is what nature intended. Too much medicines and taking more than the recommended dosage of multi vitamins can cause iron imbalances, but eating good natural food wont. Eating a balanced diet including fruits, vegetables and varied meats should be enough to keep a healthy iron balance.

Good Sources of Iron

Iron is best absorbed into the body through the consumption of red meat. To a lesser extent, it can also be obtained through fortified cereals, fruits, and legumes.

Cobalt

Cobalt is electrolyte. It is needed in very small amounts in our diets, but it is essential. Cobalt is stored in the liver, pancreas, kidneys, spleen, red blood cells and plasma.

Cobalts Function in the Body

Cobalt forms a part of vitamin B12, and is used along with iron for red blood cell production and oxygen delivery systems. It also helps with nerve coverings. Cobalt can be used to prevent iron deficiency. Cobalt is mostly known (and is thought to be mostly useful to the body) as an integral part of vitamin B12. It is essential for pancreas function.

Cobalt Deficiency

Deficiency of cobalt isnt likely if you get enough vitamin B12. Since cobalt and B12 are so closely interlinked, the symptoms of cobalt deficiency are often confused with (or the same as) vitamin B12 deficiency:
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle Weakness, Numbness and Tingling
  • Atrophy
  • Weight Loss
  • Iron Deficiency
  • Nausea
  • Nerve Damage and Nerve Disorders
  • Problems With Cell Formation
  • Scaly Skin
  • Impaired Brain Function

Cobalt Overload

Cobalt poisoning usually happens when cobalt enters into the body in its inorganic form (as plain cobalt, before the mineral transforms into a form our bodies can use by being absorbed by plants first). Cobalt overload isnt of much concern, but symptoms of cobalt overload are:

  • Heart Problems
  • Nerve Issues
  • Blood Thickening
  • Thyroid Issues

Keeping the Balance

As long as you are getting enough vitamin B12 you should not be cobalt deficient or overloaded (both are very rare). Keeping the balance of cobalt in your body is not of much concern.

Good Sources of Cobalt

Foods which contain cobalt are red meats, poultry, fish, clams, oysters and milk. Plants which come from the sea have higher levels of cobalt than land plants. However, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, figs and legumes also contain smaller amounts of cobalt.

Copper

Copper is a trace mineral (needed in small quantities) that is essential for life. It is found in the muscles, liver, kidneys, heart and brain.

Coppers Function in the Body

Copper is used to absorb iron, create collagen and make energy.

Copper Deficiency

Copper deficiency is rare, but will have the following symptoms:
  • Skin and Hair Color Loss (Whitening Or Going Pale)
  • Low Immune System
  • Increased Infections
  • Osteoporosis
  • Stunted Growth
  • Problems With Neurological Function
  • Not Enough White Blood Cells
  • Break Down Of Body Tissues

Copper Overload

Copper overload can have the following effects:
  • Jaundice
  • Gastrointestinal Distress
  • Liver Cirrhosis
  • Red Blood Cell Abnormalities
  • Cardiovascular Disease

Keeping the Balance

Simply adding nuts and sea food to your diet regularly will allow your body to get the copper that your body needs without overloading. By eating healthy foods, you are getting a variety of nutrients that work together and balance each other out. Supplements should only be used to add a little extra to your nutritional needs, not replace a good diet.

Good Sources of Copper

Foods Containing Copper Are:
  • Beef Liver
  • Other Organ Meats
  • Oysters
  • Crab
  • Mushrooms
  • Nuts
  • Lentils
  • Chocolate

Zinc

Zinc is an essential mineral.

Zincs Function in the Body

Zinc is needed for cellular metabolism and required for around 100 different enzymes in the body. It is also needed for cell division and DNA synthesis. Zinc is needed for functioning taste and smell and is involved in the healing of wounds, protein synthesis and maintaining a strong immune system.

Zinc Deficiency

Being deficient of zinc could have the following effects and symptoms:
  • Lowered Immune System
  • Loss Of Appetite
  • Hair Loss
  • Diarrhea
  • Impotence
  • Skin Lesions
  • Longer Healing Time (Cuts Could Take Abnormally Long To Heal)
  • Lethargy
  • Weight Loss

Zinc Overload

Zinc overload is possible (generally from over supplementation) and can lead to:
  • Nausea And Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Head aches
  • Abdominal Cramps
  • Low Copper Levels
  • Inability To Use Iron Properly In The Body
  • Urination problems

Keeping the Balance

It is always important not to abuse vitamin and mineral supplements or take more than the recommended dose, as this can have adverse effects when the body gets overloaded with too much of a certain mineral like zinc. By eating a diet balanced with fresh produce and different meats, the body is highly likely to get all the different nutrients that it needs to run optimally.

Good Sources of Zinc

You can get zinc from the following foods:
  • Oysters
  • Red Meat
  • Poultry
  • Beans
  • Nuts
  • Other Seafood
  • Grains
  • Dairy

Manganese

Manganese is an important trace mineral, which our bodies need to get through our diets daily.

Manganeses Function in the Body

Manganese is important for protection from free radical damage, bone production, skin maintenance and even blood sugar control. Manganese is also used for nerve and brain functions.

Manganese Deficiency

The typical American diet provides for enough manganese consumption, although excessive sweating can cause loss of manganese. Deficiency of manganese can lead to the following:
  • Impaired Growth
  • Twitches
  • Osteoporosis
  • Skin Problems And Skin Rashes
  • High Blood Sugar
  • Diabetes
  • Hampered Fat and Carbohydrate Metabolism
  • Asthma
  • Seizures
  • Epilepsy
  • Ataxia

Manganese Overload

It seems that it is almost impossible to overload manganese from food alone. Effects of overload (usually from supplements) are:
  • Hallucinations
  • Mental Confusion
  • Psychiatric Illness
  • Neurological Disorders
  • Loss Of appetite
  • Impaired Brain Function
  • Kidney Failure
  • Impotence
  • Parkinsons Disease
  • Central Nervous System Disorders

Keeping the Balance

You should be getting enough manganese from our diet and wont need additional manganese from supplements unless you have a medical condition which could affect you otherwise.

Good Sources of Manganese

Manganese can be found in plant foods and can be found in the following:
  • Cloves
  • Oats
  • Brown Rice
  • Spinach
  • Basil
  • Garlic
  • Garbanzo Beans
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Pineapple
  • Tempeh
  • Rye
  • Soybeans

Molybdenum

Molybdenum is a mineral and chemical element. It is stored in the liver and kidneys, as well as the bones, glands, skin, lungs and muscles. Around 90% of the Molybdenum we digest is excreted through urination.

Molybdenums Function in the Body

Molybdenum helps the body break down proteins, helps get rid of waist and toxins, protects cells, and helps with energy levels. It is also an anti-oxidant. It works with iron to perform irons role in the body and has been successfully used to help the body with the metabolizing of drugs and minimizing the negative impact of medicine and cancer treatments, but more research is needed to understand this further.

Molybdenum Deficiency

Molybdenum deficiency is very uncommon (even rare). You need around 45 micrograms of Molybdenum a day. Since deficiency is so uncommon and not of great concern compared to other deficiencies, more research is needed to define, with accuracy, the actual effects of molybdenum deficiency. According to clinical research thus far, deficiencies could lead to:
  • Respiratory Problems
  • Heart Problems
  • Decreased Eye health
  • Mouth, Teeth and Gum Problems
  • Iron Deficiency

Molybdenum Overload

Molybdenum intake should not exceed 2 mg per day for adults. Overload can lead to:
  • Gout
  • Neurological Problems
  • Organ Damage
  • Seizures

Keeping the Balance

We generally get the right (not too much,  not too little) amounts of this mineral if we eat a healthy, balanced diet and therefore following a good diet will help to keep this balance right in our bodies. Diets which are too high in processed and refined foods with little fresh, natural foods could possibly skew the right balance of molybdenum in our bodies (along with almost all the other minerals our bodies need).

Good Sources of Molybdenum

  • Dairy Products
  • Grains
  • Nuts
  • Legumes
  • Leafy Greens
  • Cauliflower
  • Potatoes
  • Organ Meats
  • Drinking Water

Iodine

Iodine is a mineral which plays a vital role in our hormone functions.

Iodines Function in the Body

The body needs iodine for thyroid hormone production, which control metabolism, growth and development. It is also vital for central nervous system development.

Iodine Deficiency

Iodine deficiency is common worldwide and can be particularly problematic for woman during pregnancy, which can cause issues for both the mother and the baby.
  • Enlarged thyroid glands
  • Thyroid Cancer
  • Increased Risk for Other Cancers
  • Ceasing to Ovulate (In Woman)
  • Stunted Growth
  • Mental Retardation
  • Issues with Brain Development

Iodine Overload

Iodine overload is also possible, usually through excessive supplementation or medicines containing high levels of iodine. Overload symptoms can include:
  • Thyroid Problems
  • Having a Metallic Taste
  • Mouth Soreness (Including Teeth and Gums)
  • Burning Sensations and Inflammation in the Mouth and Throat
  • Nausea
  • Diarrhea
  • Depression
  • Skin Problems

Keeping the Balance

Including seafood in the diet every now and then (about twice a week or more) will give the body the chance to fill up its iodine stores and eating a well-balanced diet will also ensure that the body gets this micronutrient daily. Trying to minimize medicine intake and not exceeding supplement recommended doses also help to ensure that the balance isnt tipped the other way, either.

Good Sources of Iodine

Seaweed is very high in iodine.
  • Iodized Table Salt
  • Seaweed
  • Seafood (sea plants, fish and crustaceans have high iodine levels)
  • Dairy Products
  • Meat
  • Eggs
  • Cranberries
  • Beans
  • Strawberries
  • Potatoes

Selenium

Selenium is an important mineral that the body needs.

Seleniums Function in the Body

Selenium helps with preventing cell damage and antioxidant enzyme production. It also helps with hormone production and immune strength. It is also needed for reproduction.

Selenium Deficiency

Selenium deficiency is not common in humans, since we generally get enough of this mineral through our diets.
  • Heart Disease
  • Moodiness
  • Joint and Bone Disease
  • Mental Disability

Selenium Overload

This is also rare for people in eating a first-world diet. This can lead to:
  • Hair Loss
  • Nail Problems
  • Fatigue
  • Irritability
  • Nausea
  • Nerve Damage

Keeping the Balance

Selenium levels in the body are not usually of health concern to people eating the typical American diet. However, more research needs to be done regarding the health effects of this important trace mineral.

Good Sources of Selenium

Plant sources contain high levels of selenium in comparison to other food sources.
  • Garlic
  • Grains
  • Fish
  • Shellfish
  • Meat (red and white)
  • Eggs

Final Word of the Day

This easiest way to implement the information here is to eat whole, natural, fresh foods and to decrease the amount of refined and processed foods that we eat. Additionally, by varying between vegetable, grain, nut, legume, fruit, diary, seafood, fish, meat and egg foods, we are able to get the fast majority of minerals that we need without needing to check up on each mineral individually. By varying the healthy foods that we eat, we also make sure that we get the varieties of other micronutrients that we need like vitamins, antioxidants, omega fatty acids, carotenoids, and phytonutrients. STAY STRONG!

How to cash out from empowr

    0

HOW TO CASH OUT FROM empowr?

To cash out, you have 02 option to choose from:
Option 1 (for the long term):
This option applies for both new citizens of empowr and old users from FanBox.
If you wish to cash out, you must meet these conditions:
    - Pay all Ad Platform fee.
    - Pay back all Ad Credits Utilized.
    - The remain 90-day earnings mature must be $25.00 (minimum cashing out amount) or bigger.
    - Earning Preference must be "ON" at least 90 consecutive days.

Option 2 (for the short term):
Right now this option applies for new citizens of empowr. Will be applied for old FanBox users in Jan-2016.
    - Every time you pay Ad Platform fee, you will get 50% as rebate earning and it can be cashed out immediately.
To use this option in the best profitable way, you need to be a highest Power User level as you can (pay Ad Platform fee from 100% 0-day profits, no need to pay from your own pocket), utilize Ad Credits as much as you can (you can cash out bigger amount). Work hard to earn much profits that you can, so that in the future, you can cash out both option 1&2.

Access into your Balance, click "Cash Out" button then choose your favorite payment method (PayPal or Bank Check), fill the required information then click "Submit".

    cash_out_from_empowr

You need to wait up to 10 business days (PayPal) or 4~8 week (Bank Check) to receive your payment.
By my experience, some time you get paid sooner than that, some time it takes more longer, but its not a big deal, you will get paid - if you made cashing out request successfully.

    Why you CANT cash out?

You cant cash out if you do not meet cashing out policies, such as: have not paid IPL fee & Ad Credit utilized, do not have 90-day earning matured, have not turn Earning Preference ON (or turn ON but less than 90 consecutive days)

To solve it, read these articles:
    - How to pay AdPlatform fee?
    - How to pay back utilized Ad Credit?
    - How to turn "Earning Preference" On? ... coming soon.
    - How earnings matured?... coming soon.

Some people ask: when I can cash out?
With the option 1: No one can answer this question! Whys that? It depends on 03 vary elements: how much profits you make monthly, how much Ad Credits that system utilized from Managed Ad Campaign monthly and empowr will launch the new Power User level or not.

With option 2: After 15 days since you started to utilize Ad Credit, you will have the first fee due, if you pay fee on-time, you will get 50% fee as rebate earning and can cash it out immediately.

Some people do nothing but when they see a bunch of money, greedy rises up and want to cash out immediately. They dont know that its Ad Credits that empowr supplies them to help them earn (without using their own money), it can be cash out or utilized in any other purpose rather than fund into Ads or Ad Campaign to make profits.
And then they up set, rate their coach "0", rate the platform "0" then scream out loud "empowr scam" ( or "FanBox scam")! Its funny!
Please ask yourself, have you ever given away a single dollar?
