Avon is releasing the Luxe Lace Beauty Collection in time for Winter, and its rather lovely. In recent years, Avon has completely overthrown their old lady image, and have recreated themselves as a young on trend brand. I definitely see hints of Chanel in their new limited edition collection, and love the pretty pink trim that adorns the four products that make up the range. The range includes an Ultra Colour Rich Lipstick, which comes in three flattering hues. I was very taken with it in Pout, which is a lovely nude shade that is really flattering. Next up, the stunning looking Luxe Lace True Colour Eyeshadow Quads. They come in two varieties, a dramatic purple version, or a more muted palette for the day. the colours are very sheer, a nice light wash of shades which you can layer to create a more dramatic look. Then we have the Luxe Lace SuperShock Mascara. It creates a really nice volume to the lashes, and is great for accentuating the smaller ones on the lower lash line. I was really impressed with the Luxe Lace SuperShock Gel Eyeliner Pens. They come in black and silver and can be used alone as eyeshadows, as they have such a nice creamy consistency. I really loved the silver shade, and predict that will be very popular this Christmas
