The 21-year-old blue-eyed, formerly blonde-haired actress now joins the ranks of other Hollywood celebs who are lopping off their locks like Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Nicole Richie and Scarlett Johansson.

Keoughs slicked back, edgy style is slightly reminiscent of the Kings famous pompadour. But then again, what else would you expect?

Supermodel Christy Turlington is slipping into something a bit more comfortable...a deal with Avon Product Inc. Shes signed on to promote a new scent called Slip Into…, which seeks to capture the transformative power of stepping into a high-heel shoe. 

The scent, an oriental floral by IFF, has top notes of blackberry, freesia and violet leaf; a heart of rosewood, violet and butterfly orchid, and a drydown of Cashmeran, sueded orris root and golden ambers. The bottle is inspired by the curve of a women’s calf as she slips into a high heel.

We often tell you to put highlighter on your brow bone or across your cheeks, but Ashlee Simpson found a spot that opens up your eyes that I havent really thought of before: The outer corner.

Along with down her nose and perhaps on her cheekbones, shes got something light and shimmery right at the outer edge of her eye. The point: To "highlight" as in catch the light there (making her eyes look wider) as well as "highlight" as in draw attention to.

Is Ozzys little girl set to be the next big fashion designer?

Recently de-inked star Kelly Osbourne is planning to launch her own fashion line, but not until she unveils a collaboration with an existing design house, Hollywood Life reports.

No wonder she was such a ubiquitous front row fixture at New York Fashion Week.

"Im going to design for an already made line and then once I get enough experience and know what Im doing Ill do my own independent one," the ponytail-rocking rock princess told the entertainment Website.

"It really is a long process and I want to do it the right way. Its not something Im running into.

"I dont want to jump into something and not be able to swim."

Though the "Dancing with the Stars" alum was mum on exactly which label shes designing for (your guess is as good as ours), she did cop to having a meeting about the project scheduled for her birthday, which is Oct. 27. Let the stakeout begin!

Its not the first time shes expressed interest in designing. In February Osbourne told StyleList that she wants "to do one [a clothing line] so bad," citing Gwen Stefanis L.A.M.B. line as inspiration.

So when can we expect to see this top-secret collection?

"In the next year," Osbourne told Hollywood Life. "Maybe even sooner!"

Consider our calendars marked. We predict a flirty line of daywear dresses with lots of black, red, and pink, plus whimsical heart and polka-dot prints.

But really, so long as she doesnt take any fashion advice from Ozzy, all will be good.
